In the Words of a Sleep Plan Client


Success in achieving better sleep can be measured in many ways, and each client I work with has their own goals and visions for how they want their lives improved through my program. That's why, at the beginning of each process, I work very closely with the client on defining what success looks like for them, as well as setting the right expectations and definitions of the effort the program will entail.


And since every client is unique, it is always such a pleasure to hear how the experience of the process has been from their perspective. Whether it is in emails, texts, or phone calls when the program is over - or in the form of social media, it still brings tears to my eyes to see the profound improvement in the quality of life that our work together has on every single client.


Over the past month, I worked with the wonderful Sally from @passportandplates - and I was so happy to read her words about her personal experience from working together with me.


"𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦?

With all this time at home, I thought I’d be sleeping easily and consistently, but much to my chagrin, I wasn’t. The summer heat only exacerbated it.⁣

I met with @christinaribel (over Zoom, of course) over the course of a month or so, where we went through my schedule, sleep habits and struggles, and more. She created a sleep schedule based on my personal habits and offered lots of easy-to-implement tips and tricks that really elevated my ability to get to sleep and stay asleep. Plus, she was (and still is) always a text away if I had any questions. I can’t rave or recommend The Sleep Plan enough - I only wish that I had found it sooner! ⁣

2020 has been a lot (to say the least) and I’ve taken the time to invest in myself on all levels. The Sleep Plan totally improved my well-being and happiness and I’m truly grateful that I’ve had the best sleep in a long time. ⁣"
